We are driven by a set of values, as follows:

* **Innovation** — We come up with ideas no one else has had, except
  back in the 1950s.
* **Dedication** — We believe in our challenges and want to work
  hard to make them go away
* **Perseverance** — We do things not because they are easy, but because
  we thought that they would be easy


We also have some lesser biases and preferences:
